Once dried, each board is carefully planed to a consistent thickness, revealing the wood’s natural beauty while achieving the flat, uniform surface needed for precision joinery and top-tier craftsmanship.

Using industrial-grade straight-line rip saws, we mill each edge to ensure clean, accurate, and consistent lines—making the boards easier to join, install, or finish.
